THE 'NIGHTMARE ROAD' LEADING TO THE VILLAGES OF SOME PROMINENT DELTA STATE POLITICIANS: THE SAME PRAISE-SINGERS OF IBORI
A THROWBACK TO THE PAST

This is a video recording of the deplorable state of the road leading to the communities of PROF. G G. DARAH and other prominent Politicians who have been in the corridors of power since 1999 under Delta State Government administrations of former Governor Chief James Ibori, former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan and Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
The terrible state of the lroad makes one to wonder if these politicians actually have any heart of empathy towards their people. PROF. G.G. DARAH WHO IS VERY GOOD AT DELIVERY PUBLIC LECTURES, was the Chief of Staff to former Governor James Ibori. And they were among the politicians that went to Oghara to celebrate Ibori's prison release and return from UK recently. There is practically no motorable road to his home place of Otutuama, Ophorigbala, Esaba, Abadiama (Ighwreogu), all in Ughievwen (Jeremi) Kingdom, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State. These politicians are nothing but greedy and self-centered political leaders who only care about themselves and families and always play on the intelligence of their locals. I attended a burial ceremony of the mother of my friend, Mr Benson Omoko in the mother's home town in Ophorigbala on February 25, 2017. But travelling on that road on the said road leading to the burial venue was a nightmare. I am told the said road is currently worse than it was in 2017.
PROF. G.G. DARAH do not see anything wrong in the administration of Ibori who was jailed in the UK for committing corrupt atrocities against Deltans. These set of politicians are nothing but 'professional praise singers' and sycophants who always deceive both the people and those in the government with their oratory and sweet talks, so as to keep satisfying their stomach. Prof. G.G. Darah and his likes are many in Delta State. These politicians are "sweat talkers" who use their oratory to deceive their people. How can PROF. G. G. DARAH continue to sing praises of Ibori and others when he can't even drive to his own home town in Esaba, Otutuama, Ophorigbala, Abadiama (Ighwreogu) in Ughelli South, Delta State? Prof. G. G. Darah is amongst the foremost politicians in Delta State Central, who has been very close to all the Governments in power but yet, he cannot drive to his home village. Vehicles cannot drive to all these places right now, unless by boat. Yet, they say this politician is an academician and intelligent. It is also being alleged that the contract for these roads have being awarded severally, but no work was done on them. It is a big shame!
