WHERE IS UPU ON PLIGHT OF OKUAMA, WARRI WARD DELINEATION? 

Where is the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) led by Ese Gam? Where are Urhobos traditional rulers when Okuama is being exterminated with just the Anglican Church building standing in entire community?

February 23 2025, a conceited Lucky Avweromre, obviously the worse Ughelli South LG Chairman ever who wears his P.hD about with complex, visited Okuama to check on the level of completion on contracts for three emergency settlement projects for returned Okuama people.

The projects include a block of primary school classrooms, block of secondary school classrooms, a civic center and a primary health center, all awarded close to a year now.

Hon Avweromre, playing to the gallery, declared, that February 23 2025, a four-week ultimatum to the various contractors to have those projects completed to alleviate the hardship being face by displaced Okuama survivors of the vengeful military invasion and total destruction of the community.

Almost four months after, none of the projects has been delivered. The Council chairman with the big P.hD has not taken any action, a demonstration of vote of no confidence in self.

Where is Prof Arthur Ekpokpo and co being detained by the Army in military cell without trial till date?
What roles are UPU led by Ese Gam and Urhobo traditional rulers in resolving the Avwraka (Abraka) bloody invasion of suspected armed Fulani herdsmen.

The UPU led by Ese Gam and Urhobo traditional rulers are only active in ceremonies to show their foreign robes and chieftaincy attires as 'masquerades' in Uvwiamuge,UPU-UK and UPU Norh America for unnecessary show up. Or you see Ese Gam's led UPU and traditional rulers in event when Gov of Delta is in attendance. 

They have lost respect of the people who they are supposed to project their interests. Ukuama and Avwraka (Abraka) crises are too glaring for a supposed UPU led by Ese Gam to undermine. Ukuama has being forgotten and Avwraka (Abraka) is boiling.

On Warri delineation of Warri, Ese Gam Owe led UPU turned deaf. He is only President General to attend state parties,traveling to UPU-UK and UPU America to attend their events and nothing more. He has not visited Okuama. 

And also Ese Gam with his team visited Okowa when he was released by EFCC from Port-Harcourt detention on allegation of stealing 1.3 trillion naira from Delta's treasury. 

Ese Gam Owe and his UPU leadership team will never make selves available when they are needed to broker peace in Urhoboland. What a shame. 

He and his team pretend when Avwraka (Abraka) is boiling over the kilings of Avwraka indegenes by suspected Fulani herdsmen. 

He and his team turned deaf ears for killing local farmers at Agadama and Ohere Bushes of Uwherun in Urhoboland.
