SURVEILLANCE CONTRACTS & FIGHT AGAINST OIL THEFT: BUHARI'S BIGGEST SCAM AGAINST NIGERIA

No way huge vessels would enter the Nigerian territorial waters, then load millions of barrels of crude oil and leave the country without being noticed...

With regards to reports that the Nigerian military are said to have set fire on a multi-million naira vessel, MT Deima, with the IMO number 7210525, that Tompolo’s Tantita Security Services Ltd had supposedly intercepted while transporting illegal crude oil in the Warri and Escravos rivers, Delta state - one begins to wonder why the sudden proactiveness by these Security Operatives, the NNPC Authorities and President Muhammadu Buhari-led Government in the fight against illegal bunkering (crude oil theft)? How come we are seeing these things just few weeks after the said Government/NNPC awarded the highly inflated Surveillance contract to Tompolo?

Let it be known to all well-meaning Nigerians and Stakeholders in the industry that the only reason why all of this is happening at the moment, is simply because the Buhari-led APC Government and the  NNPC are using every possible means to cover-up the evil, which they have perpetrated all these years, and deceive the Nigerian people by trying to justify the said Surveillance contract awarded to Tompolo.

It is all a scam, a sham and a conspiracy, which will not work at all because Nigerians now know better. Do these people think the majority of Nigerians are fools and we cannot discern what they have been up to? Why the sudden wake up call to their statutory duties in the fight against crude oil theft?

Where were these military personnel, especially those in the Navy, who were supposed to police the Nigerian waters - creeks/rivers/sea? Where were the Authorities of the NNPC/NAPIMS/DPR(NUPR), who are supposed to regulate the  operations and export of crude oil/Condensate? How can we continually see vessels coming into the country to steal crude oil without the Navy and the relevant NNPC subsidiaries not aware of such clandestine movements?

This is why I believe all of the past and present reported burning of vessels laden with supposedly stolen crude oil by these Security Operatives, are all stage-managed by the NNPC and their new Surveillance ex-militant Contractor to mislead the Nigerian public.

Are they trying to say that Tompolo was not involved in illegal bunkering and vandalization of pipelines in the creeks? When has Tompolo become a nationalist, and a reliable Surveillance Contractor with integrity, that the nation now considers him as the 'SAVIOR' of the creeks/national sea borders? Can a tiger suddenly change its skin into a harmless ram? Apparently not!

Who does not know that the said former militant leader and Commander of the defunct Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND), Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, was responsible for the breaking of countless crude oil trunklines that they used to carry out their  illegal bunkering and illegal refining activities. Are the NNPC and the Buhari APC led administration not ashamed that an ex-militant like Tompolo, who once terrorized our national waters, is now seen as their 'Messiah' to stop illegal bunkering?

Is it not true that the NNPC only wants to justify their fake and arranged Surveillance Contract with Tompolo by doing all they are doing at the moment to draw media attention?

Even the recently reported discovery, by the NNPC, of a 4km pipeline used to steal crude oil for 9 years, was just a 'stage-managed show'. Tompolo uncovering the illegal trunkline he had laid and used himself? Who are those that own those vessels that were reportedly set ablaze by the military and Tompolo? Who are those that are really behind it all? Who are these people? It doesn't make any sense. Who laid the alleged illegal trunkline that is being used to siphon crude oil?

Nigeria, presently under the Buhari-led APC Government is a failed country. How do we expect Nigeria to develop when the Government of the day is deliberately promoting criminals as "role models?"

As written by a former Shell staff who doesn't want his name in print, he noted that it will not be easy to panel beat this country called Nigeria into shape. "The country is full of too many official and unofficial thieves, hardened criminals, all kind of thugs, untrustworthy people, 'egbe wedgers' and self-acclaimed warlords. It is only 'divine intervention' that can salvage this country from the vipers and the devourers."

Another former Shell staff wrote: "My brother this thing shock me oh! I worked in the Forcados Terminal as Control Room Supervisor, and left on transfer in 1990. How come the control room operator could not detect the high ship/vessel shore difference on all the tankers loaded? We normally shut down loading if the difference on the Tanker is more lower than what we pumped. The loading SBM hose sometimes failed and we noticed it on the control room panel. So how come for 9yrs, it was not noticed. Nawaoo'. Is this not a show of shame by NNPC and the military to show to the world that Tompolo and NNPC are working to end illegal bunkering/pipeline vandalization.

Truth is, all of this is part of their evil plans in high places. It is all political game for them because of Peter Obi's recent comment on oil theft. Where he noted in a televised interview that crude oil is stolen in Nigeria by the Government. And that there is no way such huge vessels would enter the Nigerian territorial waters, then load millions barrels of crude oil and leave the country without being noticed. Obi says it is not possible! And several other persons, including those who are part of the movement of such vessels, have all come out with their own recorded videos broadcast on social media platforms, to reiterate what Peter Obi has said concerning the Nigerian Government and Security Operatives.

Shame! Shame!! Shame!!! On the GMD of the NNPC to be promoting Tompolo that is responsible for the increase of oil theft and illegal bunkering/illegal refining activities in the Niger Delta region. Is the GMD of NNPC ignorant of the damage Tompolo had created in the oil sector and his involvement in oil theft in the Niger-Delta? What a shame!

Was it not Buhari that declared Tompolo wanted? How come Tompolo has become a savior? What made Buhari to declare Tompolo wanted? What is responsible for the new relationship between Tompolo, NNPC and Buhari? What a country without a sense of direction? How will crime stop if those allegedly committed crime are adhered, praised and very soon a national award will be given to Tompolo? What a country?
