SOME POLICE OFFICERS THAT SERVED IN DELTA STATE WORTH COMMENDING
DIG Galadanchi Dasuki a notable and well bred police officer served in Delta as DCP SCID. A well refined trained detective and one of the best police officers of this era and has zero tolerance for crime and Dasuki is worthy to be commended in all his police roles.
AIG Mohammed Ali Ari has zero tolerance for crime and his time as CP Delta there was relative sustainable peace in the entire state. When he was in Warri 'B' Division crime was reduced to barest minimum in Okumagba layout & Edjeba areas in Warri.
His phones are always open for the public. He doesn't believe in Aides to take his phones calls who will say 'oga is busy'. His phones are aways with him no matter the hour of the night. He picks his calls any time and responds to emergencies. Though he is no longer serving in the state but there is need to appreciate him much.
CP Mu'azu Usman Mohammed is worth commending much for his police roles in Delta. Mu'azu has served in the three Senatorial Districts of Delta as DPO. He served as DPO in Akwukwu-Igbo, B Division Asaba,Ekpan, Enerhen, Ovwian-Aladja and Area Commander Warri and as Deputy Commissioner of Police Operations in Zone 5, Benin covering Delta and Edo state.
Mu'azu is a crime cracker and expert in community policing, tactical operations, intelligence gathering,crime prevention, emergency response, enforcement of law & order, detective roles, critically thinking training skills. Mu'azu is a rare police officer. He has free access to the public to get feedback on police performances and activities.
He picks any call and responds to emergencies of any kind no matter the hour of the night. Mu'azu operates open door policy like Ari
He is a Warri homeboy boy like my dear friend Alhaji Abdullah Bukar of Shell who is a Warri homeboy.
Crime was eliminated to barest minimum when he was the DPO in any division in Delta and as Area Commander Warri. Mu'azu reduced violent crimes to the barest minimum in the entire Warri and environs. Mu'azu Usman Mohammed's type are rare in this world. Any person who knows him can attest to Mu'azu's personality.
I have alot of regards for Ari, Hafiz,Mu'azu,Hashimu,Alkali,Tsafe. Ari,Mu'azu and few others were in Delta to work and keep the peace that is needed and they achieved that in their work postings and location of operations in Delta as police officers. It is said Mu'azu worked and closed as late as 12midnight when he was in Police divisions and Warri Area Command in Delta state.
He is a great mind and crime cracker with special hatred for crime. CP Mu'azu Usman Mohammed is a seasoned passionate courageous senior police officer with milestones achievements in modern policing methods, having served in many divisions and commands and including working in many state commands including Sokoto, Kano, Delta, Lagos, Edo and River State police Commands.
Mu'azu was also a Directing Staff at Police Academy Wudil,Kano. Mu'azu was Commandant of Police Training Schools in Ikeja-Lagos and Sokoto. Mu'azu also served as DPO Apapa, FESTAC, Seme boarder, Maroko. He served as a Squadron Commander at PMF 60 Iyamho, Edo state.
Mu'azu served as ACP Operations in zone 10 in Sokoto covering Sokoto, Kebbi and Zamfara states and Area Commander Daura in Katsina state. He was DCP Admin at force headquarters Annex in Lagos.
Mu'azu served as DCP operations in River state police command. He also served as DCP Operations in kano state police command and CP Admin police printing press Lagos. He was also trained on Community Policing in Texas USA.
DCP Mohammed Bashir Abubakar as Area Commander Warri was a fine police officer worth mentioning. Though he is no longer in Delta but his impact was felt as a area Commander Warri in fighting crime.
ACP Solomon Iriemi is worth commending as a fine officer who was DPO Otu-Jeremi in Ughelli South of Delta state. He was a committed police officer when he served as DPO Otu-Jeremi.
ACP Eyoh Aniete who served as DPO Ebrumede,B Division Warri and Ovwian-Aladja and Delta state command is a crime cracker. Hearing his name criminals will disappear into the thin air. His zeal for fighting crime is worth commending.
He was nicknamed 'DPO SLAP' for his zero tolerance for crime and a no nonsense officer because of his aggressive fights against crimes in Delta no matter who is concerned when it involves crime.
ACP Fasugba Temitope Olajire is worth commending as a fine police officer. His first posting as ASP cadet was in Ughelli 'A' Division. He was DPO 'A' Division Asaba, Otu-Jeremi. He is a Warri homeboy like Alhaji Abdullah Bukar of Shell. A thorough police officer with special hatred for crime of any kind like Eyoh. Though he is no longer in Delta but his impact is felt.
CSP Rimamchirika Musa Bulus is worth commending as a fine police officer and a crime cracker and his phones are always open to receive calls and responds to emergencies. He served as DPO Ekpan, now serving as DPO Ovwian-Aladja in Delta.
DCP Lawal Adamu Shinkafi is worth mentioning as Area Commander Ughelli. He is Ughelli homeboy. He is a proactive and fine police officer. He has zero tolerance for crime. Though he is no longer serving in Delta state.
I say it the way I see it and I have identified these police officers as people who were actually posted to Delta and they performed perfectly well in my assessment and they are worth commending.
ACP Joseph Anche is worth mentioning. He serves as Area Commander Burutu. A crime cracker and well commended as well.
I will not conclude without mentioning DIG Hafiz Ringim Inuwa former CP Delta,CP Alkali Yakubu, CP Alali Pedro, ACP Mohammed Mukhtar Garba, DIG Mamman Tsafe, DIG Ibraham Zanna,DCP Tony Ekong, DIG Udom Ekpoudom, CP Rabiu Hussaini-former Area Commander Warri, DCP Bassey Essien,DIG Hashimu Argungu-former AIG Zone 5,AIG Joseph Mbu-former Area Commander Ughelli and few others that were great police officers of this era who were thorough with their police roles in Delta at different times.
I say it the way it is no matter who and what is involved. What is worth commending is worth commending and what is worth condemning is worth condemning. I appreciate these fine police officers due to their roles in fighting crime in Delta.
Out of the many top police officers serving these are the ones that are worth my commendation and respect. We need a crime free state in Delta where kidnapping and all violent crimes are eliminated.
