KAKPOVBIA: PROMOTING AFRICAN CULTURE AND 'EMA' DANCE ON THE GLOBAL STAGE
WE commend Akpowene JUDE 'Kakpo' KAKPOVBIA popularly known as KAKPO FOR Promoting African) culture globally, Nigeria, State, LG and at his community level at a time Africans are shy to promote their culture, languages and religion.
Most African elites feel if they speak their local dialects, promote their culture and religion they will be styled timid people.
A timid person is a person who is ashamed to project his language, culture and religion.
My regard for Kakpo is due to the fact that his promoting of 'Ema' traditional dance is not for commercial gain.
He promotes 'Ema' dance with heart and mind and not for monetary gains as deservingly recently recognised for
brand of the Year by ThisDay / Arise TV for his global contributions to promote his rich Urhobo Cultural heritage without a commercial inclination.
