RE: EVEN UNDER HALLUCINATION, OLORI MAGEGE MUST BE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO ZIK GBEMRE
Days after addressing Olori Magege as the self designated Chief Defender of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori against well meaning advocacy for probity in public places, I called him.
As Magege picked the call I relived the 1990 encounter in Koloko Estate, Enerhen, then under Okpe LGA, where a real Estate Company I was Managing Partner got the Court to evict him and family with a bit of leniency to let him leave with his belongings for inability to pay his rent for years.
Magege acknowledged, several years after, this experience that forced him to relocate to his family compound in Orho-Agbarho. His swift remembrance of that disgraceful incident tells me Magege is faking his current dementia and hallucinations. He knows what he is doing, but just too wretched and forgotten by Delta ruling PDP because he's become truly 'Ohwiphovwen'.
So as Magege continues spewing gibberish from dropping my name hoping it would please the Governor, I will maintain the resolve not to glorify him by getting even with his toxic batters.
However, in ignoring him, I leave Magege to direct his banters to a few of the touching readers' responses to the little I did say about Magege 'kueki'.
One reader said:
"You have said it all. He (Magege) is living close to my mother inlaw at Agbarho. The animal could not take care of his wife. That was how she died after Uduaghan's tenure. As I speak he cannot eat 3 square meal a day. When I go to Agbarho to see my mother inlaw I will snap the photograph of where he is staying.
"The man is suffering, nobody visits him again, he lost political relevance like Amori. That is why he is trying to use you (Gbemre) to pave his way to the Governor. He is just deceiving self. The Governor is not looking for people like him who have blockheads. He has just nothing to offer, a political job man."
Another one said:
"From the beginning, Gbemre's intention is known by all, for the common good of the society but the likes of Magege only speak with ulterior motive of self-gratification, notice me and eye-service as stock in trade."
This one said:
"Magege oghini kueki. I never knew he was still in existence. For almost ten years now, I have not heard anything from/about him until this moment."
How about this:
"Oh yes, without you visiting where Magege resides, you have painted his picture accurately. He is worthless and a waste pipe. If I may borrow your words, "he is an ancestor".

'Obevwen' has pushed Olori Magege to be shameless. Imagine an ancestor running after a personnel assistant job to a man you are old enough to have as a son. 'Obevwen' is a curse. You boasted that Governor Oborevwori still retains you as a personal assistant without a defined portfolio. Don't you see that hunger and lack have pushed you into madness. 'Ohwiphovwen tetan' that is who Olori Magege is."
