ORHOWHE PRIMARY SCHOOL NEEDS URGENT INTERVENTION
Orhowhe Primary School, Iwhrekan-Edjophe in Ughelli South LGA has no chairs, tables and desks for teachers and pupils to sit on.
The classrooms have roofs broken and dilapidated buildings, floors broken.
When I brought that to the notice of the Delta Government some officials were sent to the school but surprisingly up till now no chairs, tables, desks have been provided.
It was only on 25th May, 2024 Iwhrekan community Chairman, Comrade Rufus Onokurhefe, hired plastic tables and chairs to the school to enable the primary 6 pupils write their Primary School Certificate Exams.
I appeal to Gov Sheriff Oborevwori to immediately provide chairs, tables and desks and embark on renovation of the school.
