OKOWA'S LAST MINUTE DESPERATE APPOINTMENT OF DESOPADEC OF NEW BOARD
Three days to handover to his proxy governor-elect, Sheriff now rebranded and styled Francis, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa had appointed his yes-men into a new Board for DESOPADEC.
The desperation to control DESOPADEC at all cost has even after leaving office has made Okowa appointment DESOPADEC the new board and not wait for his stooge successor to pick the new board. Okowa wants to be the one to share salaries and loots of the new board.
Delta state will suffer untold hardships and decline between now and when Supreme Court determines the Delta guber election matters. What a shameless Okowa. After wasting/emptying Delta state treasury to sponsor Atiku and self-contest against Tinubu of APC and Peter Obi of Labour of which Tinubu was declared winner the election he has started borrowing to foot the bills of Atiku and self's presidential election matters against Tinubu of APC.
Since his bid to stop the swearing-in of Tinubu failed he has decided to loot every available funds from Delta's treasury. Okowa is shameless and his family has refused to advise him.
To him I say, tomorrow May 29th, 2023 you will continue another project thievery with your stooge Sheriff who is now rebranded Francis.
