Okowa is a curse to Delta and will live to face the nemesis. Under Okowa all sorts of touts in uniforms were gratified to crowd streets and major roads in the state, violently sorting the populace with strange illegal levies as settlement for the boys.

Okowa is the worst governor since 1999 till date. A mean and heartless man who doesn't listen to advice and running Delta as his family estate.
