DISBAND NBA NOW FOR PROMOTING ROGUE LEADERSHIP

Convicted former Chairman of Presidential Task Force on Pension, Abdurasheed Maina has suddenly become heroe of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
How could the NBA Garki, Abuja Branch be so deep in proving how much the NBA has become an evil tool in Nigeria.
Maina's story is well known and not too long for the NBA has lost memory on. He was convicted by Justice Okon Abang of Federal High Court Abuja for stealing over N2Billion of Pension Funds.
Same Nigerian elites shouting for good governance are same people shamelessly giving awards to rogues. Lawyers in Nigeria who call selves 'learned people' have become such gullible agents of destruction.
Maina was convicted on November 8, 2021 for stealing Pension Funds. Yet the Garki Branch of NBA in Abuja gave special award of 'Rule of Law and Courage' to Maina for stealing Pension Funds.
Maina is being commended for having the courage to steal over N2Billion of Pension Funds. The same elites talking of sovereignty of Nigeria are the evil people who don't wish Nigeria well.
So shameful of NBA that even the national leadership can't condemn the Maina's award by Garki Branch of NBA of the Association.
Who will rescue Nigeria from further destruction? Very Shameful. Maina who is supposed to be serving jail term is now moving freely in the country like Hamza Al- Mustapha who has suddenly become spokesman for some northern elites.
Lawyers who are supposed to fight against corruption are now the agents of corruption. Lawyers who are supposed to protect good governance, rule of law and democracy are now agents of law breakers and anti-democracy in Nigeria.
This was not how NBA was in the past. One would have expected the NBA national leadership to condemn this misconduct of it's Garki branch.
NBA should be disbanded by the nuisance it has become today, a tool for encouraging and promoting rogue leadership.
