NIGERIA'S INSECURITY: TINUBU AND HIS FAILED GOVERNMENT SHOULD STOP BEGGING THE QUESTION WITH "SOVEREIGN NATION" EXCUSE

As the conversation gets intense, does the Nigerian government led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu blame President Donald J. Trump for declaring to send military to invade Nigeria for the insecurity that is causing mass killing of Christians in Northern Nigeria?
Is Nigeria a safe country with all manners of insecurity, kidnapping, banditry, killing by unknown gun men, Fulani herdsmen killings, Boko haram killing unrestrained? Nigeria lacks good governance and security operatives are overwhelmed to tackle insecurity within the country.
The Nigerian police are not bothered to fight internal insecurity as they are only concerned is to cook up draconian laws to further intimidate and arrest innocent citizens with fabricated offences.
The Nigerian Police Force Cybercrime Centre is only interested in being used by public office holders and politicians to grab lands from people by aiding them to steal lands.
A particular case in mind is the abuse of official power by one CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry, Director for NPF National Cybercrime Centre and his assistant, one CSP Anthony Egwu of the same department.
These are departments set up to fight cyber fraud but have been turned to witch-hunting innocent citizens with threat of arrest and prosecution to court with fabricated offences of criminal intimidation,criminal defamation, cyber bullying,breach of peace and all kinds of nonsense.
Is Nigerian government really serious to focus on fighting insecurity in Nigeria? They only appoint security officers loyal to them and not loyal to the constitution of Nigeria. Trump has said the truth. Will Trump say he would invade South Africa, Rwanda, Mauritius, Botswana, Ghana, Namibia, Morocco,Tunisia, Kenya?
Why should President Tinubu and his cabinet wait for Trump to act before they tackle insecurity, stop the Christian killings, kidnapping, stop banditry, stop herdsmen and boko haram killings?
President Tinubu and his team have failed to end insecurity and the killings. The problem is not Trump and America but the problem is the leaders of Nigeria who don't care for the people.
People are scared to provide classified information to the police because security agencies and their operatives are not interested. All they are interested is where they will make money and you who give classified information may be a target because they will expose you and risk your life and family for giving classified information. Insecurity in Nigeria is understatement.
Insecurity, kidnapping and killings have no words to describe the damaging impact in Nigeria. The nation is not safe for the common man unless those public office holders, their families and cronies. Social critics are enemies of Nigerian politicians because they want them to be told what they want to hear and to praise them for practically doing nothing.
Trump is right to have threatened to invade Nigeria if killings of Christians don't stop in the country. Not only Christians. The other day Tinubu granted state pardon to some Nigerians and within few days when he was condemned for granting criminals state pardon the presidency now said they were reviewing the list of people granted state pardon after officially announcing them.
It means Tinubu doesn't even know the gravity of his supposed state pardon. Is Trump and America that told Tinubu to announce state pardon that he is trying to withdraw again. When you talk they will invite and arrest you by the Director of Nigerian Police Force National Cybercrime Centre led by CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry and his assistant, CSP Anthony Egwu and co for criminal intimidation,criminal defamation,breach of peace and cyber bullying offences.
Tinubu gave the opportunity to Trump and America to act the way they just started responding. Nigeria is not the only country in Africa.
The Globe-trotting of Tinubu has not tackled insecurity in Nigeria and bring sustainable peace.
The problem is Tinubu and his team and not Trump and America. Trump is right in his decision to fight insecurity in Nigeria since the Nigerian government and its Police and military have failed to end killings and kidnapping.
Tinubu and his team should appreciate Trump for willing to help Nigeria to fight insecurity. Tinubu and his team and praise singers who argue that Nigeria is a sovereign nation and Trump shouldn't interfere are deceiving themselves.
Why is Tinubu Globe-trotting for medical treatment and vacation in foreign countries every now and then? How many times does he hear that leaders of America and European countries go on medical tourism and vacation to Nigeria? A sovereign nation that can't care for its citizens.
You say Nigeria is sovereign when you can't protect your porous borders from allowing terrorists from small neighbouring countries to come into your so called sovereign nation to steal, maim, destroy, kill and seize control of your own territories.
I support Trump's intervention over Nigeria's insecurity to help bring his military to stop the senseless killings, banditry, kidnapping, herdsmen and boko haram killings since Nigerian police and military can't fight insecurity in Nigeria.
