GOVERNOR AYADE AS A NIGERIAN YOUTH POLITICIAN - YET STILL MOCKED BY HIS PEOPLE
Nigeria is seriously in dire need of a rebirth and a genuine change and turn around.
This is because, with everything that is happening as regards the cry and demand for the Nigerians youths to be given the opportunities in Executive leadership positions within the public space, I find it odd that the likes of Cross Rivers State Governor, Ben Ayade, who happens to be a youth governor and politician, is still being mocked by his State indigenes. As they have done in a video being circulated online, where some youths gathered to mimic the Cross Rivers State Governor Ayade, to commission a supposed muddy and water-logged road in total mockery of their Governor.
If the likes of Governor Ayade, who was Forty something when he became Governor and was Thirty something as a Senator, yet his performance is mocked by his people this way, then it means the youths are not that better off than the old politicians they are complaining about. Seriously, there is need to overhaul the entire country. As the situation in the country and its future prospects seems hopeless.
The Nigerian problem is far beyond the older generation of politicians. It is as if we have made bad leadersship as a way of life. And the youths are only waking up to realize this ugly fact.
