COMPLAINT ON THE VERY POOR GLO/AIRTEL NETWORK SERVICE IN THE UGHELLI SOUTH LGA AXIS OF DELTA STATE
It has been observed over time that the Glo/Airtel network service in the Ughelli South LGA axis area of Delta State, is nothing to write home about, and this has made users of Glo/Airtel Network in the said area, to be frustrated with the usage of said poor network service provision.
It has also been noted that, may be the existing Glo/Airtel Masts in the said Ughelli South LGA axis are inadequate. Or that the existing Glo/Airtel Masts are either not functioning as they should due to no regular fuel to run/operate the Masts, or that the generators meant to be used to run/operate the said Masts are faulty. But the question is, who are those designated to manage and operate these Masts and ensure that they function as they should? What else, other than what is stated, could be responsible for this deplorable poor Glo/Airtel network service in Ughelli South LGA axis of Delta State? There are also allegations of theft of the diesel meant to run the said generators installed to operate the masts in these areas.
Whatever the case may be, I ask that this issue should be addressed promptly, so that Glo/Airtel customers in Ughelli South LGA will enjoy reliable service from their Glo/Airtel network providers. Please kindly give this complaint the urgent attention it needs. Thanks.
